was also Yami's cousin. in his past life he also tried to get rid of Pharaoh Yami. During Yami's reign over Egypt Seto was
the keeper of the Millenium Rod. He then kills his father well actually it is the blue eyes white dragon.

Description: Joey used to be a street kid always picking on little
kids. After Yugi defends Tristen and him Joey becomes friends with Yugi. Joey duels for his little sister Serenity. He also
placed second in the Duelist Kingdom. He also beat the intercontinental champion Bandit Keith. Joey placed fourth in
the Battle City tournament. Joey should have been the one to face Yugi in the final round the only reason he wasn't was
because of Marik's shadow game which made Joey faint before he could call out his final attack which means Marik used the
shadow games to cheat (no offense to Marik fans) so techniacally Joey was really the winner of the duel in the episodes that
he dueled Marik (I'm just pointing it out).

really means. Yugi and Yami Yugi may talk about it more than she does. She's not as important as Yugi and Joey but she
can't be that bad if she stands up for Yugi. She's basically the voice of reason in the show.

and wanted to prove it which he didn't. Duke eventually realizes Yugi beat Pegasus fair and square. Yugi and Duke are friends
after Yugi beats Duke at his own game Dungeon Dice Monsters. In the anime Duke gets an email and his game goes worldwide.

Description: Ishizu was the eighth battle city finalist. She is the older sister of Marik Ishtar.
She was once the owner of the Millenium Necklace. During the battle city finals she gives the necklace to Yugi. Ishizu tells
Yugi and the others that there is still good inside of Marik. Ishizu loses her duel to Kaiba in the battle city finals. She
was a priestess in a past life.

Descrption: Marik belongs to a family of Egyptian Tombkeepers. At the young age of 10 Marik
was forced to have the Ancient Scriptures engraved on his back. His mother died after giving birth to him and he was mainly
raised by his sister Ishizu and Odion who his mother adopted before even Ishizu was born. Marik killed his father when he
was 10, but he thought it was the pharaoh who killed his father for a long time.

Description: A friend of Joey and Yugi. He hasn't been in any Duel monsters tournaments so
he has no ranking or title. In the manga he has an older sister and a nephew named Johji (in Shonen Jump). He kind of has
a crush on Joey's sister Serenity. People often think of him as a pointless character in the show.

Description: Bakura is a transfer student to Domino High. He was one of the 8 semi-finalists,
but he was defeated in the first round of the semi-finals by Yugi Mutou. He does know about the spirit of the Millenium Ring and
his favorite card Change of Heart allows you to see which side represents the real Bakura and which represents Yami Bakura,
but he still continues to wear the Millenium Ring. His father is practically never home and in the manga his little sister
died in a car accident. His father was also the one that gave him the Millenium Ring. He becomes Yugi's friend quickly, but
they soon find out about Yami Bakura.

Description: Mai's parents are never mentioned in the manga or anime and in the anime Mai's
parents aren't even in the flashbacks. Her parents might have died when she was really young so that can explain why she was
a card dealer on luxurie cruise ships for such a long time. She was born in to a rich family and orphaned at a young
age. She is one of the few female duelists in the show. In the anime she meets Yugi and his friends in Duelist Kingdom
it's probably in the manga too but when Joey challenges her to a duel Mai pretends that she is psychic. She placed 3rd in
Duelist Kingdom and was defeated in the 3rd round of the semi-finals in Battle City by Marik Ishtar. After Battle City she
meets a guy named Varon who convinces her to join the DOOM organization.

Pegasus uses to cheat! The guy loves to read comic books not to mention drink hopefully the guy doesn't have a drivers liscence
(you get arrested if you drink and drive in the state I live in). Some believe Pegasus is the best duelist I bet it's because
he created the game if they knew he was a cheat I bet they'd think different.
